What is your return policy?
If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we will happily accept it and refund you the full cost of the product, give you a credit to our boutique or exchange it with a product of the same value - it’s your choice. Just send us an email or stop in and we will help! All returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing the item, and unfortunately, we are unable to accept opened food or bath/body items.

Do you ship products?
Yes! We offer $6 flat rate shipping to all US states (except Alaska & Hawaii, unfortunately) as well as free curbside pickup and local delivery in Findlay, Ohio.
What are your standards for the brands you carry?
Thanks for asking! Our minimum requirements for our artisan partners are that they are ethical + empowering. This means that all partners must pay their artisans fair wages, offer a work-life balance and provide safe working conditions. They must also empower an underprivileged population, such as women or people with disabilities. Many of our partners are also members of the Fair Trade Federation, are a B Corporation or have other certifications.
What charities do you donate to?
We primarily donate to three kinds of charities: our artisan partners, global charities combating poverty and nonprofits serving in Northwest Ohio. Is there a charity you’d like us to support? We would love it if you would share them with us!
